IR ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
The IR Connect platform will also be used to showcase the achievements and perspectives of our alumni members through short exclusive interviews. This is an opportunity for alumni members to increase the visibility of their work and journey as implementation researchers. The use of video enables a personal connection that can more readily translate into outreach for collaborations or mentorship opportunities. Going forward, members will be invited to interview fellow members to encourage leadership and community ownership.
